Fraser Veitch

Director & Owner

Fraser brings over 15 years of experience in construction and civil engineering recruitment across the UK. He has held senior management roles within leading large organisations, where he led high-performing teams and developed long-standing client relationships. His approach is centered on trust and delivering results-driven solutions for major infrastructure and energy projects.

Lisa Mulholland

Operations Manager (Trades & Labour)

Lisa has over 12 years of expertise in construction recruitment and has been instrumental in the successful delivery of Scotland’s most iconic infrastructure projects. Her experience spans from the Aberdeen Bypass to the Saxa Vord Space Port. Beyond staffing, Lisa is a qualified drug, alcohol, and RPE tester, reflecting her deep commitment to workplace safety.

Lynsey McLeod

Senior Consultant

Lynsey brings over 10 years of experience in the civil engineering recruitment space, including time spent as an internal recruiter on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. She specialises in recruiting site operational roles—from Engineers to Project Managers—as well as commercial candidates like Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.

Jenna O'Neill

Labour Manager

After completing a business and administration apprenticeship, Jenna joined our Trades & Labour division. She excelled in her initial part-time role and quickly transitioned into a full-time management position, supporting the daily delivery of skilled labour across our nationwide projects.
